If your pet is suddenly unwell during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear to our team that the matter is not routine and we will do our best to see you as soon as possible.

In the event of an Out Of Hours emergency, during evenings and weekends, our phones are always answered by a dedicated veterinary emergency answering service who will take your details and pass them directly onto the vet on call.

While you await veterinary treatment please keep your pet calm, warm and comfortable. The vet will advise you if there are any further first aid measures you can perform prior to attending the practice.
